Binder RC pre claim

• Will hold a vertical writing pad on the right hand side while also having a pen loop on the right side edge
• The left side layout has 2 gusseted full width pockets to hold documents
• An I.D window and card pocket sewn onto the front pocket
• There is also a 2 pen loop holder sewn onto the front pocket
• The pen loops are all elasticated to fit any size of pen
• Can fit a laptop or iPad inside
• zipper closure 
• handle for carrying 
• measures 11”x13”x1.5” zipped closed 

this binder is not started yet. It will be tooled/painted/rhinestone in a design very similar to this Abilene. It will be available for pre claim!!
